When selling a property individually or with a realtor in the community, it is required that a resale certificate is requested from the board.
This certificate provides buyers with the information of living in our HOA. It also ensures that all HOA fees are paid in full to the association from the seller and there are no liens on the property. Documents included: HOA budget, The Declaration, By-Laws, Community Guidelines & Insurance for the common areas.
